Terms of Use & Hold Harmless Policy

Privacy Policy.
I am a Privacy Policy clause. We (The Mobile Painting Co.) will use and store any information gathered about visitors to promote our business, but never sell or provide your information.
Terms of Use & Hold Harmless Agreement
Upon hosting a painting event you (the Host) agree to the Terms of Use for the event by
a) reserving the date for the event
b) providing a 24 hour notice for event cancellations
You (the Host) will assume responsibility for the guest list and invitations to the event.
All payments will be due at the time of the event. We accept cash, credit, and local checks.
The host shall also assume property liability and complete a provided Hold Harmless agreement, to be signed on the event date.
_______________________, and the state of South Carolina, shall fully defend, indemnify and hold harmless Mobile Painting Co. from any and all claims, demands, lawsuits, causes of action, loss, liability, injury and/or damage of any kind whatsoever including without limitation all claims for property damage, monetary loss, personal injury, equitable relief, and/or wrongful death, whether brought by an individual or other entity or imposed by a court of law or by administrative action of any federal, state or local governmental body or agency that arises out of any acts negligence omission or willful misconduct in any way on the part of business owner in the course of the agreed upon Painting Event.
